Working off the roulette suggestion, how about a "dark room experience"

Women or couple go in shout out say up to 3 numbers.

Red 5, = the number 5 red is female the one with number 5 has been invite.

black 8 = the number 8 the guy with number 8 has been invited.

Black Low number = guys 2,4,6,8,10,11 (max 6 guys) have been invited.

This one is played in couples and can be as many as you want. You are split into two teams (you can't be on same team as partner)

You then use a random number generator to pick the numbers. So if there's 6 couples the maximum number on generator will be 6. Team 1 has to make team 2 cum rhey have 5 minutes from the time the number is displayed to make the corresponding numbered person cum. If they cum they are out but if they don't cum the person trying to make them cum is out
