if you've never been its natural to be nervous. I've now been twice to different saunas. I'd say its worth trying to get over the nerves! you can have some good fun in sauna on first visit probably best to be quite passive and observant - watch whats going on, sus out how people behave etc, and if someone approaches you you can decide yes or no.

One my first time i relaxed quite quickly after i realized no-one was going to force themselves on me, and that i was in control of what i did and where i went in the place.

I keep thinking I'd like to give this a go, but a bit nervous about going, I've heard day that sauna sauna is a good place to go, I'd love the tv/ts day like to admire tv's and ts's but Wednesday is it a good day for me, are there any other good days to go there ?
