I've cycled whilst caged before, that was a lot of fun as all the vibrations coming up through the saddle went directly onto the tip of my cage.

i've gone running caged and it's quite fun. My balls do pull up during exercise though, so after 30-45 mins they'll tighten and the cage's ring will chaff loads more. So keep that in mind and lube the bottom of the ring.

I've heard of people doing exercise with a butt plug but i think most have worked up to it, wearing it for long periods etc and have a very comfortable plug (t-bar base, etc).

Defo fun, but these days i leave the kink out of exercise and pop it all back on and in after... have fun though if you do do it.
