U can get replacment workings for standard taps about £20 no need to replace taps just workings should be a valve under tap to shut offeasy job if ur anyway handy pity ur so far gladly lend a hand

Wat is it with heating engs looks like U have to be highly sexed to become one

Sounds like you need tap restorers or the Insides taking out and lubing up.
