We cant pay the rent

Kim lost her cleaning job in October, and since that we have struggled to meet all the bills, and discovered she has other debts which have not been paid.

The loan company has sent a guy round who got on really well with Kim, and has asked her to meet him behind my back. The landlord is making similar suggestions about us coming to a personal arrangement, we are not sure how to interpret this, but we are both no angels, and Kims saying she thinks it a good idea to ease the situation.

Its rent due night tonight, and we are a bit short of the total, and Kims in the shower,getting ready for the landlord to call, I have to go out to a darts match, and I am nervous and wonder whats going to go on while Im away.
