Casually minding my own business working out in the gym on an early Monday morning I noticed how quiet it was. An older couple standing by the water cooler chatting about to leave, a young guy running on the treadmill as if he was running for his life and then two guys through the back working with the weights.

Not much to look at so I start on with my workout. 5mins on the rower to warm up and then I start using some of the strength machines. As I walk over to use one I notice one of the guys through the back staring at me through the mirror, I smile and get on with my exercise.
