I have loads of stuff that I guess is girlie. Like my little pony panties. Hello kitty tops. And in general can dress little. But I was a little for quiet a while.

Not something I consciously do different though.

There are plenty of people who are 'little' I have several friends who dress and play a younger child... I don't think it's strange/weird/wrong

My partner loves dressing as a school girl and buys uniforms from Asda.

She also likes the Hello Kitty stuff and has several pairs of knickers

I see a lot of women in daily life who do this, they often wear pigtails, have things like teddy bear back packs and wear knee high socks etc I often wonder if it's a sexual thing.
