For goodness sake,stop posting inane comments on stories threads... all it does is make a good story run out of space until the thread gets too big and is closed and the op has to start over.

I have put in the suggestions section that they add a “fab” or “like” function for stories so it frees up posts for the story or actually comments that are useful

If people don’t comment the story disappears onto page two or three and the author thinks nobody is interested and give up. ‘Likes’ is a good idea to show your appreciation
