Anyone ever picked up a hitchhiker

I did last summer

Picker her up at fort William and dropped her off in Cumbria the lady didn’t have much money but she was more than happy to pay me in very kind

I was going that way anyway so no great hardship

Amazing and very interesting lady hmmm a very memorable journey

Happened a lot in the 60's and 70's.

I wouldn't dream of picking a hitchiker up now. Too much could go wrong.

Too be fair she offered it as way of payment but it wasn’t as clear cut as that she had a certain way about her should I say ? But we still talk now and have become friends

I did a lot of hitchhiking around the UK between 1982 to 84 when I was a teenager, never go picked up by any sexy women, but did get picked up by a few dirty oldmen who would try touching me up.
