This happened to a friend of mine an electrician an his mate working in a house converted to two flats he working in the down stairs flat but the woman upstairs had been told he might have to go up there as wiring for light under the floor an he was working on the lights

Well it did he had to lift floor boards upstairs to get to the wiring for the lights.
