I’ve had numerous prostate examinations, you’re on your side in the foetal position and the examination takes no more than 5/10 seconds and your front is covered

I once went to hospital for a scan on my belly I was feeling horny that day so I put a silk thong on under my jeans didn’t think anyone would see it but it made me feel naughty .
