The key is to try and get her alone which can be hard in a work environment. The first one we had a meeting off site alone so that aided me and the second I met on a Saturday in town. Whatever you do please don’t be in appropriate in the workplace.

Yes, I have done some of the above, we message on IG as well, she smiles when she sees me in the office and sometimes make an excuse to come to the kitchen to make coffee while I'm making one.
