when women do it its horny if men do it its sad n freaky , ive reached a compromise I flash my girlfriends arse and no-one minds.its totally differrent tho isnt it. women do it in flirtation to shock and for a laugh. And of course to get taxis. A man flashing is more aggressive and intimidating.Im not a timid man and flashers wierd me out big time,and that was a flasher who was no physical threat to me at all .Spoilt my whole day
