I have to confess that when out running I like nothing more than passing an attractive female runner and then glancing behind to see her Lycra-clad bottom. One of these days of course I'll run into a lampost doing that.

I then spend the rest of the run fantasising about the sweaty fun I would have with her (takes the mind off the pain of running).

Anyone have any runner-based fantasies?

i used to sprint and the clothing used by some of the girls was basically sporty underwear!! and best bit of advice i ever hear about distance running... was find a nice bottom to run behind and keep up!!

Yes I often do that in races. If they aren't running at my pace I then run on in search of the next bum to look at.

I nearly crashed my bike several times tonight checking out other cyclists going the other way - and a stunning young lady who gave me a big smile and had very little skirt on!

Liking all of this. Have to agree nothing better than a tight Lycra clad bum!

Where I run is a lot of woodland and fields - although very unlikely (never going to happen)I like the thought of stumbling across a sexy couple playing outdoors.......of course it needs to be near the start of the run!! Keeps me going nicely

You can't beat some thing nice to look at whilst running ! Lots off hot girls were I go jogging makes it a lot easier

Worked for me during Great North Run on more than one occasion lol.
