Next door to us was empty for quite a while & then young woman moved in & her boyfriend visited on weekends. Obviously we weren't bothered about being too noisy whole it was empty & forgot when she moved in until one day we had a hand delivered note pushed through the letter box asking if we could keep thd noise down a bit at night!
