If you’ve never previously lactated it’s hard high does fenugreek and lots of stimulation including pumping several times a day or a good suckler is needed

Domperidone helps to induce lactation coupled with lots of pumping/stimulation.

It is a lot of work.

Ps Tens doesn't work!

Have just been hand pumping for a few days, literally finger and hand action... Already got some fluid leaking out
