I live in the city, but on a weekend I like to travel to the countryside and go to a sailing club, that's where this story happens...

Work had been rubbish. 5 days of boring drivel. But it was friday afternoon, and that meant hooking up the boat and driving upto the lakes. The car was already packed, so it wasnt long before I was underway. The drive was uneventful but that feeling of driving through the hills always gets my mood up, it was heaven.

A bit about me, I'm a 30 year old office worker in york. Single, recently out of a long term relationship and loving the freedom it gave me.

This was my treat. Every 2nd weekend I'd book into a hotel by the sailing club, and spend my weekend whizzing around exploring the little islands and generally loving life. Normally there was a BBQ going on and always a few beers!

So I dropped the boat at the club, and proceeded to head upto the hotel (no room for the trailer!) I was welcomed as normal by the happy smiling woman in her mid 40s who ran the place, she was a looker, slim, married but that didn't stop the flirting! She handed me the key to my usual room and I couldn't help but notice how she seemed to caress my hand as the key changed hands. I thought no more of it and went to get settled in the usual room. Quickly the boat was rigged up, launched and I was out feeling the wind in my face, such a glorious feeling, I spotted another boat a short distance in front, only a club dinghy, topper probably, I love a race, so adjusted the sails and set off in pursuit. Within minutes I was on the toppers tail, and making a slight adjustment so I'd be able to whizz past I went for the overtake, I was almost passed when I saw her, long brunette curls hanging down the back of her neck, a body to die for, slim, great ass and breasts that looked big even squeezed into a wetsuit. She looked early 20s, maybe younger but so stunning. Who was this girl? I cursed myself for going past so quick, I needed to see her again! As I pulled upto the beach I can see her 50m away, having a fight with the sails, ropes (or being nautical - sheets) were flailing everywhere and she looked very flustered. I quickly made sure mine was safe and sprinted over to help, here was my chance! I grabbed the front of the boat and lifted it around so the wind was blowing it from a different angle and then quickly helped her untangle herself from the ropes.

Very flustered and red faced she apologised and thanked me for my help, saying she was very new to the sport. I replied anytime! I'm Steve by the way nice to meet you. She introduced herself as Francesca and said she was at uni and had always been interested, so she was learning here but not getting far. I offered (of course) to take her out and help her if she wanted, her face lit up in delight as she asked if I was around tomorrow as the light was fading tonight. I arranged a time and quickly got both boats sorted and headed for the showers, my dick was growing with the thought of this little hottie, let's see what tommorow brings!

After my shower, I pulled on my jeans and T shirt and went over to the clubhouse where the usual BBQ was in full swing, I placed my order then went to the bar, I ordered my drink, and as I was just paying a voice called over: "I'll get that" I looked to see who the generous person was and nearly dropped the beer. Francesca was wearing the shortest little denim shorts imaginable, and a white top that brought out her tanned skin, it also gave an excellent view of her cleavage which was extremely impressive. I thanked her, and she asked if I'd like to go sit down and chat. Of course I followed, who wouldn't?

I asked how she got here as durham was hardly close, she replied trains, lots of them then buses. It wasnt an easy trip but then she was able to camp at the sailing club for the weekend. Saturday morning I awoke with absolutely raging hard on, I checked my phone and saw the time, shit I was running late. No time for a wank, I jumped in the shower had a quick wash then threw my board shorts on along with a top and left the hotel. I stopped at the shop on the way down to the club, picked up some supplies, lunch, few beers and some water and finished my journey to the club.

I borrowed a bigger more stable boat seeing as I was to teach Francesca today, my little racing dinghy wouldn't be suitable. I got everything prepared for 10am, and right on time she appeared.

She looked incredible again. Tight Jean's and a strappy top, I commented that wasnt sailing gear and she giggled and replied she would get changed, but didn't know what to wear, would she need her wetsuit? I replied that I was just going to be in board shorts and a top, and said that she'd probably be too hot in the full wetsuit as it was a beautiful day. She agreed and said 2 minutes, I expected her to go to the changing room, but instead she just whipped off her top, showing a bikini top underneath then proceeded to do the same with her jeans, and from the bag she brought with her put on a pair of running type shorts. She did as she was told and before long we were pulling onto the sandy beach. I pulled out the food, cracked open a beer and we proceeded to chat, eat and drink.

We talked about many things, uni, jobs, home, her bf, and I found out that he was ment to be meeting her up here but bailed at the last minute, she was disappointed as she hasn't seen him for a while.

As the afternoon went on, the weather started to look a bit dodgy. We decided we would head back to the club and call it a day, we got everything packed up and she then asked if we could do the same on sunday, I said the weather might not be good, she offered me her number and said we I could give her a text if the weather would be suitable. It seemed innocent and I of course agreed.

The the weather turned to shit. Wind picked up, the rain started, according to the locals it would probably thunder and lightning too. So the BBQ was called off, I decided to go and eat at my hotel, they do a lovely giant Yorkshire full of the nicest sausages known to man.

After a few beers my phone started ringing, I looked at it, Francesca. It was 9PM by now, why would she be phoning me? I answered, and she was in tears, turns out the tent she was staying in wasnt overly waterproof and didn't do well in the wind! She said she was phoning me as she didn't know what to do. I said not to worry, grab a bag and come to the hotel, and I'd speak to the landlady and sort her a room, she hesitated and said she couldn't afford a hotel, I told her it would be my treat.

It's a 5 minute walk to the hotel, literally across 1 field, by the time I finished my drink and walked to the lobby she was there, soaked head to foot, and shivering. I quickly looked to Jean the landlady and asked if I could get Francesca a room. Jean looked at me suspiciously and said, I'm sorry, we're full up. I asked if she could reccomend anywhere else and she replied this time if year everywhere will be full, I looked to Francesca, and I said I'm really sorry, I didn't realise, if you like you could come and stay in my room? I'll see if Jean could get us a camp bed or something? Francesca quickly nodded and I asked Jean, she said the best she could do would be a couple of extra duvets and pillows but she'd finish up and sort something out...

Fuck. How did this happen. I've got a absolutely stunner here in my hotel room. Shes in the shower warming up, A very suspicious looking Jean has been to drop off 2 duvets and a few pillows saying this is not how they normally do things, I thanked her, Jean told me I could use the dryer for Francesca's wet clothes, I thanked her, and closed the door behind her.

In the en-suite I hear the shower turn off, and two minutes later she emerges, towel wrapped around her, asking what she should do about clothes as all hers were soaked. I handed her a dressing gown from the wardrobe and said I'd take her clothes to the dryer, I nipped into the bathroom picked up the pile of clothes and went to the laundry room, I quickly checked her pockets to make sure there was nothing to be damaged and a phone fell out, i recognised it as hers, put it to one side and put her clothes in the dryer, and proceeded to pick up her phone and head back, I was very tempted to have a quick scan through and see what I could find but I decided against it.

As I got back to my room, I gave a little knock and enter. She was sat on my bed looking like she'd just fallen from heaven. She was wearing the gown I'd handed her. She stood up and rushed forward to hug me, as she embraced me she started crying and apologising for crying at the same time. Thanking me for being a real life saver and a gentleman. Oh she wouldn't say that if she knew what was going through my mind! We sat on the bed chatting for half a hour then I said I'd better go and get her clothes. I nipped down and as I passed one of the rooms I heard a moaning noise, I stopped intrigued, and next came the unmistakable sounds of a couple having sex, I listened for a minute and smiled, then carried on to get Francesca's clothes. On returning to the room I told her what I'd heard, she giggled as said ooh can we go and listen? I laughed and said feel free, and with that she got up, grabbed my hand and said, lead the way!

This was very strange, but here we were huddled in the corridor outside room 13 and we could hear the clear moans and the banging of the headboard. Francesca's eyes lit up? She was bent forward listening at the door, and as she bent forward the gown fell open giving me a great view. A few minutes more we listened before a few grunts were heard and the banging and moaning stopped. I nodded back towards my room and we snuck back. We got in and francesca started giggling, she said I'd have loved to watch, I asked if that was something she was into and she went a shade of pink. Well, I did watch my roommate once, she didn't know I was there and it didn't last very long, we'd all been out drinking. But I got so horny watching them. She went redder.
