I have stolen a few pairs over the years from washing lines outside flats and from launderettes. I knew this woman who managed my local launerette in London way back. She was a bit cheeky and her chat was always sex laden. We chatted about undies one day after a nurse had come in and had put a whole bag full of sexy undies in the wash, knickers, bras, basques etc. I told her that I had a knicker fetish and thereafter she used to 'lose' a pair quite often and put them in my service wash. I built up quite a collection and enjoyed them all.
