Originally thought it was food poisoning however several friends have had the same symptoms and now we have both had it.

Light headedness, hot and cold sweats, aching joints, nausea, very dry mouth and severe headache at the end.

Only lasted 48hrs but very nasty.

Watch out!

We have some friends who had the same, and they were told it was food poisoning but by the sound of it probably not.

It could be anything.

Planes are disgusting germ machines.

Hot tubs also carry huge bacteria. Coming into contact with so many people with who knows what they are carrying.

We have stocked up our Imodium, Buccastem and Cyclizine. Hand gel and antiseptic wipes as well. Lol. Not taking any chances!

I was sick for 6 days in calla de mijas, I thought it was sunstroke? Could not eat or drink sick 24 7 no sleep yet

Got exactly the same in The Gold hotel last year. Was told by staff it probably came from bacteria in the AC unit in the room.

I thought it was food poisoning as we went to a BBQ but since doing some research it seems to be going around GC. PDI in particular. Plus we don't really have the AC on as Mr C can't cope with it. But fingers crossed, it won't be too bad come Friday and Mr C doesn't get it either. That's my main worry. Miss C Xx

Yeah. I'm much better today. Despite sleeping on the bathroom floor last night
