Has anyone stayed in the Deluxe rooms?

You get a Male & Female wash bag with the room and I've been emailing the Hotel to ask what's in them, but it's like trying to get blood from a stone!

They always reply, but keep giving general replies.. each time I push them they give me a bit more information, but after 6 emails I'm giving up!!

We are travelling hand luggage only, so as space is limited, we thought if we knew exactly what was in the bag, it would save us from having to bring those items with us.

Can anyone help please?

Can’t remember what was in them, I think just your usual hotel stuff but you have a supermarket opposite, another couple in the Cita and another at the other end of the road opposite the princess.

So you shouldn’t have any problem getting anything you need.

Same lol, the only thing I remember was lip balm and a scrubbing thingy but they probably found that out already

We have stopped there quite a few times and all rooms seem the same as each other apart from family rooms as normal shampoos soaps shoe polish hair cap as normal also fridge I must say there is plenty of room great hotel great staff ps just a quick note if you can email them ask for a room 245 to 255 or 345 to 355band so on as these are the best rooms hope this helps

The deluxe rooms you get a branded wash bag each with bits and pieces in, can’t remember what

As I recall there is toothpaste, deodorant(small tube that looks the same as the toothpaste, don’t make the same mistake as me and mix them up yuk!)toothbrush, hairbrush, some earbuds and cottonpads for make up, usual body lotion, shampoo, shower gel. Not 100% sure but think there may have been disposable razor in the male pack. But like Clive said earlier there are a few supermarkets very close by so they will have all you need.

Bags are lovely but very basic stuff inside them. Get your stuff in the departure lounge, that's what we do. The rooms are amazing so enjoy xxx

We didn't even get a wash bag in the room anyway!

Didn't bother asking for one as we got most of our stuff at Boots in departures, the rest in the Cita supermarket.

... you're there too early that's why lol.

We used to enjoy late night chats in the foyer with the free drinks and snacks after the clubs, but it was usually well after 4 by the time we got back!

Third is the first time we stayed in a standard room and it is exactly the same as the delux without the robes and slippers, Nespresso and a few freebies

It makes no odds to us being in the top floor so I think it will be standard from now on
