Car or scooter hire in Gran Canaria

We'll arrive in GC at the end of November and staying for a couple of months.

Can anyone recommend a reasonable long-term car hire company please.

Is it best to book online before we leave or are the best deals to be had face to face...?

Happy to get one from the airport on arrival until we can find a better deal.

We'd also be interested in hiring a scooter. I know there might be insurance issues with that option..!!

Any suggestions please..?

Autoreisen is really good for car rental, quite cheap, no deposit and they dont block money ok your account. You have to book online and pay in the office with your card.

Vespa Tours if you want a day trip with planned gps to choose from for 50 euro

We will only use Autoreisen.

Gone with Autoreisen as seemed to be the most reliable with no added fees . We pick up on 15th Oct!

We've also been looking at hiring a scooter, but so far they all seem to be more expensive than cars...!!

Any suggestions for companies that have two wheelers for rent...?
