Hey Spanish fabbers,

We are off to sunny Spain for a week or so in early September. Staying in Alicante and eyeing up a trip to a club.

Don’t fancy travelling that far out of the city and know that there are 4 (we think?) in the city so just wondering if anyone has any experience of them or advice? Or maybe other ideas... we are open minded after all ;o)

Feel free to DM if you would like.

We’ve (so far) narrowed it down to el paradise or aditi. Specifically Aditi as it has a ‘young swingers’ night.... which, actually, we may be pushing it for these days sadly haha

Hi Just be prepared for a very late night, early morning play start and local spanish quite clique. There are better english friendly clubs but have to travel.Stu

There are actually five clubs in and around the city.

El Paradise is the old Papua club that has re-opened. We didn't try it then and we've not got around to it yet since it opened. Maybe one day but as Papua most said it was very Spanish and very cliquey. However it is the only club in the city centre.

Aditi does attract a younger crowd and tends to be more like an erotic disco than a full on sex club. Again very Spanish and most stick to their own little groups when it comes to playtime. For us it is too young but you should be OK.

Cupido Alicante is just outside the city and the same owners as the Benidorm club of the same name. We've not been for a while but did have some good Wednesday evenings in there. Nice pool and garden for the warmer months.

Atrevete is at the southern edge of the city (heading towards the airport) Their website is still showing the winter schedule and prices so maybe it's no longer open.

Last, but not least is El Jardin del Eden, again just outside the city and is probably the most international of all and has a much wider age range from 30's right up to 60's. We like the Wednesday afternoon/early evenings there.

If you have a car you could also look at Besos club in San Fulgencio (30 minutes from Alicante city) it is the only English owned swinger club in Spain. Also there are the Casa Fiesta parties at Rafal (again around 30 minutes drive)

As said above. At the weekend Spanish clubs are very late. While some open at 9 or 10 pm there is very little going on until after midnight. Be prepared for getting back to the hotel at 4 or 5 am.

We may be hiring a car so Besos could be an option, although it being English owned isn’t really all that important to us. Might try and fudge our way into some of these Spanish cliques with our limited Spanish! Sounds as though Aditi might be for us.

Also... we are planning a couple of nights in Almería after Alicante... and noticed there’s a couple of clubs around there too.

Anybody on here have any experience of trying any clubs around Almería?
