Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can give a rough idea of the best swinger clubs in Alicante/Benidorm?

Heard Besos and Cupido are quite good but what about the rest?

Also if there are any nude beaches known for a bit of play in the dunes?

Costa Blanca Spain...

In Benidorm there is only the one club (Cupido) Sometimes it can be hit and miss with the numbers, but it's only small so it doesn't need many to get going. Very friendly staff.

Alicante city has 4 or 5 clubs (not sure if one is still open)

Cupido (same ownership as Benidorm) We've not been for a while so we are not exactly up to date but we have had some good times there in the warmer months. Can be a bit quiet in the winter.

Aditi. On the N332 behind Playa San Juan. The club itself is probably the best in the area, but it does tend to attract a younger (mostly Spanish) crowd. More erotic disco than full on club and a lot of the playing tends to stay within little groups who know each other. Unless your Spanish is up to speed we wouldn't recommend it for a single guy.

Jardin del Eden. Our favourite club in and around the city itself. We much prefer the Wednesday afternoon/early evening which includes a BBQ. Probably the most international of all of them with a good mix of Spanish, British, and from various other countries.

Atrevete. Just south of the city centre. We've never been but by all accounts it is quite small and almost 100% Spanish. So again it would test your linguistic skills.

There was also Play Papua which was the closest to the city centre. It closed down but we have heard that it has re-opened under a new name. However not 100% sure so would need a bit of research.

Then there is Besos (if I don't say I've saved the best till last Clive will kill me LOL) at San Fulgencio, just inland from Guardamar. To our knowledge it is the only British owned club in Spain. Only opened last summer and it took a while to get going but we went quite a few times during May and June this year and had some really good nights in there.

There are quite a few naturist beaches in the area. One at El Altet (near the airport) and another pretty much below the lighthouse at Santa Pola. The best one though is Playa los Tusales which (although it is actually part of Guardamar) is more commonly known as La Marina.

It stretches from just south of the La Marina camp site to the estuary of the Segura river and is backed by dunes and woods. Although nothing like the scale of Maspalomas you will sometimes find a bit of fun in there but it does attract quite a few gays as well.

I suppose that lot should keep you busy for a while.

Well we have done nearly 50 clubs in 5 countries.

We're not too bad on Spain, Germany, and Holland, but (apart from Cap d'Agde) a bit thin on France and we've still not tried a Belgian club (although we are told there are some good ones).

Although I did quite a lot in the distant past, together we haven't done that much in the UK either.

Oh what a month we are having in Benidorm swinger club! Nice couples to singles ratio every night and people from all over the world! It's our 3rd summer and so far the best! Even though the tourism is a little down, we still get so many new visitors and the ones that come back from previous years that every night feels like a weekend!
