What is the best way to buy Viagra/Cialis etc in Spain?

I'm sure someone once told me you can get it in a pharmacy without prescription but don't want to get embarrassed looking like an idiot if they don't

you can buy them over the counter in Spain, they do 25, 50 and 100 grams but they are quite expensive.
