Hi Guys, in answer to your question we sent the following to another couple yesterday and thought it may also be of help to you guys.

Hi Both,

With regard to PDI we would recommend you stay as close to the cita centre as possible as that is where the swing bars and clubs are located.

We have stayed in "Parque Romantico" before which was a lovely self catering complex perfectly located (highly recommended). This time we are at The Caterina which is an all inclusive hotel, again well placed but rather expensive. You could also look at the "Aloe", as this is next door to cita centre and we have lots of friends who stay there.

Away from the accommodation we would also recommend a trip to kiosk 4 on the beach (appreciate you said you weren't into the beach) but it is worth it just to walk naked on the beach and look at the "normal" people trying not to look! We would also advise a trip to the Yumbo centre. This is another shopping centre just up the road from cita. It's much bigger and nicer but it is the "gay" area. Don't be out off by that however as it's not over powering and worth it to watch the drag show in sparkles bar! The restaurants are also much nicer in yumbo.
