Travelling to GC the first week in Feb. Only booked our flights at the moment. Ant recommendations for accomodation. Cheap, cheerful, clean. For 4 guests. Thanks x

Not sure about cheap, but have a look at gold by marina. Very clean and modern, nice location xx

I'm tempted by Airbnb. Found a place with 2 bedrooms for a very good price. Have you used it before? What happens if you turn up and it's a scam?

Just stay in a hotel half board... It'll be thick end of £100 a night what ever you do... Eating out for breakfast and dinner will be £50 a day for 2 meals twice a day anyhow... It's not worth messing about with... A £50 hotel will be basis... May as well go for the £100 a stay somewhere nice

We don't mind basic as long as it's clean & safe x

It's quite dear gran canaria for accommodation on the scale of things...

Some advice though.... I stayed somewhere called "Hotel R" in Playa de Ingles one time..... £30 a night... It's horrible in every way ... Not worth it.

Apartamentos Tenesor. Mid way between Cita and Yumbo. I was quoted €55 a night for a one bed apartment in Jan.

Teenagers are the plus 2

We have found a nice 2 bed apartment. A little more than we wanted to pay but I think it's worth the peace of mind x
