ST AUSTELL

Saw a younger guy filming with his phone last night in secrets . He walked through the bar area then disappeared into the play area.

Did not see his face so difficult as we walked through and was gone quite quickly but saw the screen on his phone capturing footage .

It seems that this place has got its fair share of issues at the moment; quite a few negative posts on here about it. I hope they sort it as it’s handy for the bars. I had issues last year with pushy people playing without invitation and literally pushing me out of the way while playing with a lovely Scottish couple

Gosh, it goes on doesn't it? Obviously big issues with this club, definitely won't be going. How the hell do people get away with filming at a club. Saw it at 2x2 once. Dealt with immediately and he was chucked out, that's the way to handle these idiots

In a German club getting chucked out would be the least of his worries.

More likely chucked out through a top floor window.

Must admit though that in all the years we have never seen anyone illicitly filming in a club.

One or two will have a resident photographer to do shoots on certain nights but always in a private room and/or well away from anyone else.

We have only seen someone with a phone once, he actually hadn't done anything at that point but still chucked out and hopefully barred.

Interesting the guy just got kicked out. In cap at the beaches one gentlemen got held down while the police were summoned to carry him away.

What a sad pathetic loser! Obviously not getting enough attention, maybe if he put his phone away and engaged with people to have fun with then he wouldn't need to film.

I get the impression that the younger people running the bar in Secrets (0ct 19) seem to do what they want and disregard the rules, maybe I'm wrong.

Friends of ours send several photos of them in the playrooms taken a couple of weeks ago... we were shocked to see they were taking 'photos' in there..... (but happy to see the results) But this shouldn't be allowed

Changing the setting a little, a few years ago at Benalnature nudist beach a guy was caught secretly filming people using spy camera glasses the police were called and he was apprehend and was fined, it clearly states in English and Spanish that it's prohibited to film on the beach.

Just for the record there was a guy messaging on his phone in the bar in secrets last year,the bouncers took his phone and made him unlock it while they spent 15-20 minutes going through his photos, messages and facebook they then gave it back and kicked him out

Of course it's possible to sneak a phone in to any establishment and there's scum will try it but there even smaller cameras such as gopro with no bright screen to give it away and the size of a box of matches so how can they control this ? Body searches ?

As for photos of playrooms we have some photos (not secrets) taken with permission of management when nobody else was inside so not everything is as it seems.

Everyone should be aware of the potential risk in ANY club I'm sure it happens frequently.
