Does anyone know if the Venus club as distinct from the resort is still open. There was talk of the club being revamped and opening under a new name. Has this happened yet?

Nope it closed.

There was talk of it reopening in a different unit but not happening now we’ve heard

The Club was meant to move to a larger Club, close to Fun4all and Secrets but that seems not to be the case now. The "Gentleman's Club" VIP Bunny, has moved across, into the old Club, so it looks like Venus, as a Club, is gone. They seem to be concentrating on Venus Resort with rumours of it expanding, to a similar size to La Mirage.
