Yes you can in any medium sized Farmacia, as to price I seem to recall last year a friend got 4 100mg tablets for 22 euros...that Andalucia differs throughout individual regions.

Pharmacies sell them in Spain at around 8 Euros a tablet. Sildenafil can be cheaper.

Over the counter It's €58 for 4 x 50mg of viagra or €25 for 4 x 50mg of the generic type you can get the 100mg too
