Hi Tina and Neil, Playa del Ingles is where most of the swingers bars and clubs are located and they are mostly in the shopping centres Cita, Kasbah etc. I tend to stay out at Meloneras or Maspalomas and jump in a taxi to head into Playa del Ingles in the evenings.Taxis are really cheap in Gran Canaria There are a couple of swinger resorts Venus and Gold but they book up very quickly. Have a browse through these threads as there is absolutely loads of info on the different clubs and bars. Wherever you go have a great holiday

Imagine bar or comeback bar are the most popular meeting points for start of the evening followed by a club

Loads meet down on the beach around kiosk 4

The key rule is be polite and not overbearing and pushy. I often travel to Gran Canaria alone being a single guy and you may find many fab couples don't meet singles. I always respect people's preferences but have always made good friends there socially or otherwise. Most people tend to socialise around the bars before heading into clubs, bear in mind not all clubs allow lots of single guys in. If you get chance pop in to The Imagine Bar on the top floor of the Cita shopping centre and meet Sakia and Tonni the owners. They are a lovely hospitable couple and will give you all the info you need in respect of clubs etc. They are open most evenings from 8.30 ish. They do host a meet and greet most Monday evenings and there are usually plenty of fellow fabbers attending these. Plenty of links on these forums regarding the pros and cons of each club. Have a great holiday, im heading back myself Saturday 4th November for a week.

Maspalomas we think is better for eating and more picturesque, and PDI is only a short taxi ride away.

Have no fear Jack J you havnt started anything, I like a number of single guys who love Gran Canaria am fully aware that the majority of Fab couples visiting Playa and Maspalomas are not looking to meet single guys especially those over 50 however there is nothing wrong with meeting people socially without any expectations. November is a busy month for fabbers visiting and it's really all about people enjoying themselves within their own comfort zone. Enjoy your holiday.
