We stayed there for 24 hours

Last week, there is a small section of the roof top sun lounge sectioned off for nudists , You can't go into the jacuzzi naked. The rooms aren't air conditioned and we we found the food

Inedible and immediately changed hotel

Oh dear, hope its okay. Have friends who go back year after year, with no problems. They have a lovely wellness centre downstairs, which we had a look at, great for cloudy days. We all have good and bad experiences of hotels, though, as has the poster above, just hope yours is better and they've sorted the food out, when you go.

We were looking at Eugenie Victoria, mainly as people on her have said how good it has been, we are still considering it for our New Year trip. Even friends who live on the island have recommended it! As Samiss has said, it maybe just a glitch? We stayed at Delores apartments and had a great couple of weeks (along with quite a few other fabbers) Yet another couple moved out after 48 hours. Fingers crossed for you. X

We did a lot of research before we booked the hotel and all the recent trip advisor reports were good , Talking to the Thomas Cooke rep and Thompson rep for some reason the quality of the food had gone down hill dramatically and they had moved other guests to other hotels , This might be a one off glitch but for that reason couldn't recommend the hotel

That's really not good. Hopefully they will change their chefs, if they're having so many complaints. Really, if the reps are having to move clients, they should be addressing the problem with the hotel management, on behalf of their clients.

Been there twice now,was bookef for Oct just gone but cancelled moved to next yr make sure u spend time in the spa its fab,x
