We are going there in October as well. Head over to the Europa centre or down to the commercial centre there's plenty of resteraunts. I also reccomend going to see the Michael Jackson tribute at the barbacoa in the Europa center on Sunday night's.

The CC big load of bars restaurants, but not a nice view if you go down by harbour some nice places to eat there , Ammordes has a lovely beach bout 20 mins walk from PR beach long path nice walk , loads places right on the beach there , we off to Morgan so if your interested I could update later ??

Missed boat went to Anfi today as that was next boat out instead waiting an hour , now what a lovely place Anfi is ?? If Morgan better really looking forward to it !!

We stayed in the Gloria palace recently, half way between pr and Amadores on the cliff path. Would recommend the spa.

We had use as part of our room rate but you can pay to use.

Not nude or swinging at all but very relaxing looking over the sea.

We preferred walking into Amadores in the evening as the restaurants are right on the beach, more reasonably priced and not as packed as the strip of restaurants by the harbour in PR.

Daytime prefer PR beach as its bigger, less crowded and can always get a subbed in the non smoking area.

There are beach restaurants and bars. I believe all but one are owned by the same person and the staff in these can be quite pushy, shouting for you to come in.

The one pretty much in the middle is owned by an English chap and his Spanish wife, we always go there. It's hard to see where one restaurant ends and another starts but the staff all wear red shirts.

We have been many times, ideal for a reasonably priced winter sun trip.

We've just come home from a week in Mogan, beautiful place and scorching hot. Did the boat ride down to Pr, lunch at the Bahia Playa overlooking the harbour before heading back. Prices for everything were more reasonable in PR, Mogan seems to be aiming at a more affulent/older customer base and the restaurants can be quite pushy trying to get you to eat at theirs. The Mogan Mar was the best restaurant we ate at, good menu and the service was great.

Don't forget there are 2 ferry companies to mogan.

One in what we call the port, so to the right as you face the sea, another in the marina over the river, to the left as you face the sea. Not got a prefarance, just timings.

In our opinion, avoid market day in mogan, unless you want, knock off and tat and crowds and crowded ferries.

Other days you can walk around the flowered back streets and enjoy the restaurants.

It's called the Venice of the canaries, by people who presumably have never been to Venice, but really worth a day out.
