Try not to be tempted into the Atlantic Centre after too many sherbert late at night. We saw 2 pros trying to roll a d*unk Norwegian guy. Both all over him like a cheap suit and lifted his wallet. Luckily we were 3 couples together so were able to intervene and get his cash back. We took him with us and got the f out of there! Matagorda is chilled out. If you get bored in the day head to the end of the runway by 1030 and have planes going right over you as they land! At night, and maybe cab it into PDC, place yourself at an outdoor table at The Diamond cocktail bar near the Casino, and watch the world go by. Keep checking the who's nearby facility on your phone as there are usually touring Fabbers in the area! Of course, if the couples have blocked single guys so you can't say 'hi' then try linking up with another single fabber for a beer and you'll be much better placed to chat up some of the German or UK divorcees who are more likely to chat with two lads rather than just one. Also for great ambience, try Cafe La Ola - down the path at the side of the Casino, keep going to the bottom of the walkway and find a real gem. Great place for drinks and a shisha if you click with a couple of girls!! Hope this helps.
