There's a small but healthy scene on Costa Blanca, mainly south of Alicante. It's predominantly residents and holiday home owners but some tourists too.

Monthly parties at Rafal, run by dd parties and monthly swingers socials at Saints and Sinners bar in Rojales.

Apologies to those around Benidorm where there may also be some swingers.

Swinging in Benidorm tends to be by private arrangement from this site and others like it. There are no clubs and no organised swinger scene at all.

Further south is as above but I would add that there is quite a lively club scene in and around Alicante city.

While they cater more for the local Spanish market there are a few expats and visitors that use them (us included

)

One or two clubs around Benalmadena Torremolinos and Fuengirola but as Hornimouse stated you will find it hard work if you don't speak Spanish. If you want great clubs and lively swinging scene you really need to head to Gran Canaria. PDI or Maspalomas area. I enjoy the Costa del Sol and do visit frequently but go to relax rather than specifically to meet swingers. Im in Torremolinos 24th to 29th Jan but heading to Gran Canaria April 11th to 18th to enjoy the "scene" wherever you choose to go have a great holiday.

Bloody hell! This thread has really come back from the bowels of history. It must be at least 3 years old.

Just to update.

Benidorm does now have a swinger club (Cupido in the old town)

There is a new (British owned) club in San Fulgencio (Besos)

The Casa Fiesta parties (AKA DD Parties) are going from strength to strength, and although a bit quiet in the winter months the Alicante clubs are still lively.

For some parties yes, for others no.

For the ones that do there is a strict age limit (45 and under) You must have a profile (with pic) on their site, and numbers are also restricted.

There are quite a few non Spanish swingers around on the Costa's but the vast majority are Spanish.

From our experience in the Alicante clubs, lots of Spanish come down from Madrid and other inland cities during the summer months and the clubs are quite busy. But not so much in the winter.

However Alicante city supports five clubs with a couple of others not far away. To be fair we think it is one or two too many but they all seem to do OK.

The scene on the mainland is dead particularly if you prefer to play with someone who speaks the same language as you and thereby understands the nuances of swinging . We thinks it’s a simple case of demographics. In the UK we live within an hours drive of 15 million English speakers but in Spain in the same driving time there are only a couple of hundred thousand good English speakers so the maths is obvious. Also the age demographic of the expats livingin Spain is working against you.

I find that if Fabs opened a specific chat room for Spain and added search peramiters for Spain. I think it would help loads. The problem is that it’s hard to get to know someone enough just by a profile. I know a lot of ppl see my profile as a single guys and go. Hey dirty bastard not going to message him he will send us a dick pic straight away. Where if you chat in a chat room you get to know ppl and makes it easier to get to know them.

We don’t see much difference but then we are looking for quality not quantity.

There are some really lovely people who live here and also some who holiday here. Alterantively there are some shockers who think they we are just here as cannon fodder and they are guaranteed a fuck !

We agree that a chat room would help in getting to know people better and bring together people in the area, there are a lot more than some people think!

We would agree with some of that but not all.

Yes the age demographic is well tilted towards us oldies.

However I wouldn't call the mainland "dead" even just for English speakers.

To be fair we don't get anything like the number of swinger specific tourists that go to Gran Canary in the winter, but I think for residents and regular visitors (meaning people who spend a few months rather than 2 or 3 fortnights) the mainland can compete with any of the islands.

I would just add that while the Spanish may not get every nuance of the English language, they fully understand swinging and can be a lot of fun. Oh! and there are plenty of them on the mainland, trust us.

We have had a place just outside of Benidorm for 4 years now and we have always found the swinging scene in and around Benidorm very good with Spanish, British and holiday makers also there’s a swingers club in Benidorm which is quite lively in the summer

This forum is a good way to arrange meets as well

We live in Javea (north of Benidorm) April to Sept and swing every week at El Jardin del Eden in Alicante. We've found the scene here much more active than the UK and the clubs better appointed. It helps if you speak Spanish as many more non-UK couples.
