Costa Blanca Spain...

If there is one we have yet to find it.

Closest thing would be Spice (Lanzarote) or La Mirage (Gran Canary) which are small swinger resorts and couples only.

Malaga, Spain...

We found this place on google(La Macarena Swingers resort), not sure what its like but has some good reviews. It's not far from Torre del mar/Velez Malaga.

While the place looks nice on the website we wouldn't really fancy it.

Firstly it is far too expensive. It may be "all inclusive" but if you include dinner it is 240€ per couple per night. Compare that with say La Mirage at 82€ (albeit self catering) and 158€ per day can buy a lot of food and drink.

Secondly it is too small and too isolated for a swinger holiday. With only 14 rooms and nothing else nearby that is specifically for swingers. So you are stuck there with a maximum of 13 other couples. Pick the wrong week and you could be there on your own with nowhere else to go.

For this kind of swinger resort it either needs to be much bigger or in an area where there are more swinger specific activities (clubs Etc.)

Cap d'Agde in the summer or Gran Canary anytime would be a much better option.
