Vera Playa - Beaches to the south?

It seems the coast road North from Vera Playa is under construction. Any quiet nude beaches to the south that people would recommend? We have a car and love to hike.

The road to which you refer was destroyed by flash floods coming down from the mountains a few months ago. A huge section of this very beautiful section of coast road was lost.

There is a quiet nudist beach just south of Mojácar. It's called Sopalmo Playa and you have to drive down the river bed from Sopalmo village to access it. From the car park head to the north and you will have to clamber over a rocky path for 30 metres or so and then you will have a kilometre or so of sandy beach. The further you go, the quieter it gets.
