I've been to both many times. I've never seen a DJ at Secret, but I'm not saying there's never been one. It's true that as a single person, I've never been to Saturday parties, where there are certainly DJs and much more. From my experience, I can say that Secret has the advantage of the size of the facilities, but it's much more business-like than Mystique. In other words, the former is clearly chasing the euros. Mystique, even though it's smaller, has a much better layout. There are possibly more people in this scene in Gran Canaria than in Tenerife, but this isn't the fault of the venue, and as you well know, this is something that varies and is very unpredictable from day to day. It's actually been a while since I've been to Mystique because I've been to Gran Canaria more than Tenerife, and I was very, very seriously considering going soon. I also just remembered that I tried to go once, and there were capacity limitations for singles, so I ultimately couldn't go; this is something that I obviously don't like at all. Because often, you can plan to go the same week or a week in advance, but no more, and it creates distrust of the place. The truth is, it's complicated if Secret didn't have that clear commercial focus... in Gran Canaria, you have Peaches and Cream, which doesn't have that focus, although for my taste, it lacks "nooks" or hiding places to make things easier (I've only been once), and other than that, it's very good. In fact, when I went, it was because I decided not to return to Secret.
Greetings and happy fabing! |
