Just wondering which part of the beach is best for a fairly newbie getting naked on the beach?

Staying the Maspalomas side.

From the lighthouse walk along the beach heading towards playa del ingles , the first kiosk you come to is nudist zone and has sun loungers too , you should be fine there

It's not the first kiosk, but just look for the naked people. There's another nudist area coming from the PDI end, but a less traditional place for meeting swingers.

if your at the lighthouse in maspalonis, facing the sea, turn left and walk about half a mile. you'll see all the naked sunbathers, think its kiosk 6.. past that is the next nude area which is more the gay area.. sunloungers can only be paid for via electronic, they dont take cash.. look for the big 'love' sign infront of the kiosk and you will have arrived, enjoy..

Lots of places along the beach, our advice is to have a good walk along and find the beach kiosk that has the vibe that suits you best.

We love kiosk 7, nudist, cheap sunbeds, beach bar and a great vibe x

Kiosk 7 nearest to the lighthouse end of the beach and kiosk 3 nearest PDI. 7 has double the amount of beds to 3 but other than that it's down to personal choice

Is it quicker to walk to kiosk 7 (think that's the old kiosk 4) from the RUI (white hotel) through the dunes or drive to Maspalomas lighthouse and walk along the beach.

We are staying in an apartment close to Cita Centre.

We are looking to go in May next year, we love nudist beaches but also like outdoor play, at the beach (Lighthouse end) were are the best areas to 'play' as we know you cant play on the actual beach

People used to go to the dunes behind what was kiosk 4 (now kiosk 7) but it's been forbidden for several years and there are some high fines for leaving the paths.

Some will tell you to ignore the warning bit it's your choice and it's dead compared to 5 years ago.

Just noticed this

We would walk through the dunes starting Rui as getting parked in maspalomas is a nightmare.

There's a car park kinda underground up past the bus station

Distance wise there's not a lot in it but the dunes can get hot

Our first time in PDI on the 21st and had kiosk 7 recommended by a couple of people,

Only place we’ve been able to sunbathe naked is chameleons roof terrace so will be great to be on a proper beach!
