It's been ages I was there last time, but I recommend you stay away from the beach promenade, and more central places, have a look at the map, there seem to be some places that look quite localish like Bodega casa Paco taberna or Bar Bodega El Paso.

No idea how good or bad they are, but the more luxurious and fancy they look the less I would trust considering how touristic Lloret is.
