sidcup and Spain

I am frequently in Spain, 6 weeks to a month at a time. Until now I have relied on my UK mobile data. My EE allowance, with one top up has been tight but enough. What are some options for better/more data when I am out without signing up to a Spanish contract. I have seen lobster dot es advertised, please help me out with your experience, 20/30 gb probably required. Thanks
