Nice place to stay as long as you don’t have a problem staff were very unhelpful told us to take a downgrade or leave we left never to return

They had 2 days of really bad rain and the apartment we were in had a leaky roof. We asked what they would do and was told either move to another apartment further up the hill a downgrade or leave. There attitude stank we told them so and left

Near Leeds

Brilliant hotel. Can he non stop fun poolside and you can literally find as much or as little fun as you can image. Some days can be crazy.

But in general we have found it a fun, clean and brilliant place to spend a few days.

We’re off there for our third visit at the start of December. Can’t comment on the staff handling of problems as we haven’t had any to speak of yet. That said they’ve always been very pleasant to us on both our previous visits.

We’re actually doing a couple of days in HL Suites this time before going to Venus for the rest of our time there. That’s just because we both get bored of lying around the pool all day after a few days.

It does pretty much shut down by 8pm when most people head back to the rooms to either get ready for going out or having fun. They’re not keen on having day visitors in the rooms either, so if you want to stay on site it would be with other residents (except at the pool, or in the playroom during open hours)

To avoid rabbiting on any more, I’d summarise by saying it’s definitely worth the experience, don’t expect hotel-level service (more Butlins with more open sex 🤣), and it’s kept us coming back three times in 18 months!

We agree it’s a great place - so great, you might struggle to get in. We’re there in early December, and some dates we wanted were full, so we are having to change accommodation halfway through.

No doubt we’ll be taking day tickets on some days we aren’t staying there.

We're back for our 3rd time 6th to 12th Dec to celebrate Mr G's birthday there again. Fabulous place, can't wait!

Definitely is the best swinger place. Better than some clubs. Although, I think that is the only option to feel really free in the Canaries...

We are heading back to Venus again this year.

It's probably the best swingers complex we have stayed at .

Great pool area with day beds for fun in the sun .

Also an outdoor playroom .

Only real downside is it's not walking distance to anywhere. Beach is probably 2/3 miles away.

Accommodation is pretty good and plenty of room. Restaurant serves decent food.

Very quiet in the evenings as most people do head out to bars and clubs of PDI .
