Has anyone stayed st Caybeach or booked in near future.

What's it like is it ok

Any comments would be helpful

You would need a car, a lot of taxis or be prepared to use the local busses as it's pretty well removed from everything.

Downham Market

We were there last Oct and returning this Oct. We found it ok, as previously said it’s a bit out of the way but it’s a short taxi ride to the beach (about 3km, 6 or 7 Euros) and PDI is about the same cost. Bus stop over the road to get further and if you don’t mind taking the chance of no seats I think there’s a minibus to the beach and PDI that’s free. The hotel can call taxis if you ask at reception, takes a minute or two to arrive.

Stayed there with family last year and we had the two apartments with small private pools which were excellent. nice big pool for everyone as well, Def recommend. 20 mins walk to big supermarket

I think this might be be the Caybeach in Melonares rather than the Caybeach Princess which is not near a marina
