Outskirts of Cardiff just off the M4

Have any of you fellow swingers ever stayed at this hotel, what’s it like and is it close to the clubs?

I’ve read Tripadvisor but looking for real reviews. Thanks

Dorset

We stayed there last September and staying there again in October, it’s 5min walk from the Yumbo and 15min walk to Cita centre or Eden, or a 5min taxi ride to both.

Rooms are a bit small but adequate, other swingers were staying there too, overall it was ok xx

playa de ingles

We stayed there last year- nice enough place- pretty good location but…..

Sunbeds are so close together you know everything about everyone within the hour!

Restriction on sunlight on pool/ sunbeds due to buildings all around it!

Typical Germaneske behaviour with the towels on sunbeds from 08:00 and no- one to be seen til after lunch!

We wouldn’t stay there again as if the wind gets up down the beach you have no hope of getting a sunbed unless you are germaneske!

( apologies for generalising Germans but they are well known for this! X )

We have stayed there a few times. It's a very nice hotel and cheaper than most, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. It's a couple of hundred yards from Yumbo, and within walking distance of the clubs. The breakfast is very good and plenty of choice for the evening meal (which unfortunately caters mainly for German tastes). Parking is a very limited. We visit from Fuerteventura for a bit of fun now and again and always use the Don Miguel.

We stopped there in Feb, you’ve got some good answers already on this thread. its about 30 mins from Cita or the beach and close to Yumbo. The pool was a bit meh and we only really used it once or twice in the week. Was a variety of food for breakfast but its clearly catering for euro visitors. Rooms were basic but OK, they charge extra if you want to use the room safe.
