I recall there was a list compiled a while back with a list of the clubs and a mini review but I cannot find it

just starting to plan our Christmas adventure

Yes. Go onto Eden Swinger Club website, there you'll find a button at top for "swingers guide to PDI". Download the pdf version as that is more up to date than the one on the web page.

Go to Eden gc profile, click on link to their website and there is a downloadable version of the latest 101 guide to pdi.. it's compiled by an independent couple and includes bars, clubs restaurants, and more .
