PDI in December

Have anyone been to PDI during December month? I am aware it get chilly in the evenings and darker too but does it get warm/hot during the day to go naked and get a tan?

I may go in December, if it's not a good month to go then I will wait until next year and is there any events that goes through the year?

It will be my first time there as well .. I am going to there on dec till NYE . Like to know best nudist beach and liberal pub / bar for meetings .
