Costa Natura in Estepona. Family resort so no open play but there are often players there.

You could try Hacienda la macarena which is a swingers hotel in Velez Malaga or if you want to be right on the beach there is nice accommodation at Torre del Mar, search for Naturista Almanat -Bungalows .

Finca Johanna in Iznate. Nice place close to Almayate Beach - you will need a car though. A couple of friends have been there and told me it was fantastic. Although I live nearby I have never had a reason to visit it
