We have been . Evening meals we can not comment on as stay self B&B but the breakfast is just standard .. full English or continental.

The hotel is very clean.

The roof top is small but ok if it's too windy for the beach as for fun well fun is what you make lol.

My Dad stayed there in April and many friends stay there as well and the feedback I've had has been positive

My Dad had a corner apartment with a balcony, small kitchen and shower, he loved it

But obviously everyone has opinions and what they like and do not like

It's in a good location, shops all around, bars and restaurants nearby, easily a walk or taxi to the lifestyle bars and clubs

We have stayed there twice in the last 2 years and returning in November. Nothing flash but in a good location it's value for money it's clean and friendly you get what you pay if you want 5* go elsewhere. Close to bars the sea front and the bus station and if you want to visit Eden GC it within walking distance

Stayed last year. Its OK, pool gets busy and breakfast is OK, edible and plentiful- but nothing special. Evening food is edible but uninspiring. Mulligans is below great food, great staff and great entertainment nut it is separate from the hotel itself.

We are staying there 1st two weeks November stayed there last year breakfast is ok good choice but nothing special hotel is a nice place , clean, needs updating but for what time you spend in a hotel when you’re on your hols with the drinks flowing and the places to see id say it’s worth the money x

I think but please check with the staff but your room card gets a 10 percent discount if you show your room card at Mullegans bar below the hotel.
