There is not much in Malaga itself - there are clubs in Torremolinos and Benalmadena. In Malaga there's a Pikante Sex Shop opposite the harbour bus station, near the tourist information office. They have a "cruising" area with little video booths with glory holes and a a couple of small rooms with beds - it's mostly gay guys giving each other blow jobs but they might be interested.

As for places to eat and drink it depends what you want. Try El Pimpi - the interior has a lot of character. I think the cocktails are better than the food myself, but it is very popular.
