Does anyone know the best time to book a holiday to Canaries in winter? Do prices come down the closer you get to departure time, or as well book now and that's it done?

Normally second half of Jan when schools go back and Feb. Weather hit and miss but this year was very busy all through. I'd keep an eye on it but last min can be cheaper

Thanks, ideal, I'm looking at 15th Jan for four nights. Fairly flexible so would be happy to wait until week before to book.

Just want winter sunshine... Anything else would be a nice bonus
