London/Essex... ish... Romford to be exact

Are there any organisations who organise single trips? I'm not experienced in the scene and never been to any resorts such as in PDI before and wondered if anyone has any tips for an unadventurous travller. If I went I'd be worried I'd just be topping up my tan and reading my book then eating dinner by myself.
